Certificate Course In Business Management For Defence Officers

The objective of the program is to broaden core managerial competencies to further enhance the professional growth of Defence officers. The course is spread over four terms. Each term has 6 courses. The aim of the programme is to provide participants with the fundamental knowledge, skills and techniques, contextual understanding, and overall perspective, necessary for their employability in various management functions in the organization. It will help them to advance their career towards general management positions where the challenges and the opportunities may be significant.
