Corporate Training Programs-Customized

Corporate executive training is critical to the success of organizations. Today, each and every organization has a unique set of Internal challenges, developmental needs, and business challenges, that's why they require customised training solutions for their team at all levels from entry-level to leadership. FORE works with partner organizations to understand these needs and creates tailored solutions in the form of corporate training programs to address the same. The initial point in a custom program is the study of requirements. FORE Executive Education team involved with the senior leaders from the organization, Learning & Development Team or HR Team, and some of the participants who would like to attend the program, to draw up the learning objectives of the programs.

Generally, these management training programs include conceptual frameworks, group exercises, role-plays, business cases, assignments, presentations, project work, business simulation games, peer-to-peer learning, and other aspects as per training need analysis. Besides, these corporate training programmes can be customised as per requirement and level of the audience, these are tailored to optimize the learning process, leveraging the capability of the Institute and faculty for delivery.

FORE faculty members are seasoned industry experts along with academics.

A certificate of participation may be awarded by FORE or jointly with the organisation to participants on the successful completion of the program. Programs can be from short duration to long duration, offline as well as online or blended as per the requirement of the organisation.
