Duplicate Diploma and Mark Sheet

The student applying for duplicate diploma has to furnish the following:

• A copy of FIR lodged regarding the loss of diploma 
• A copy of the original newspaper carrying the notification of loss  of Diploma.
• A duplicate copy of Diploma will be issued on payment of Rs.5000/-

All students are issued transcript for each academic year. However, if a student desires a  duplicate copy of the transcript, the same can be issued on payment of a fee of  Rs.2,000 per academic year or part thereof, of transcript request.

The students are required to attach scanned copies of mark sheet and the diploma.
