The Resume Building Session was organized to help students prepare professional resumes as part of their final placement preparation. Led by Ms. Burna Nayar, HR Business Partner at HP Inc., the session covered key aspects of crafting resumes that align with employer expectations. Students participated in interactive discussions on resume formats, received live feedback, and learned effective resume-building techniques. With over 300 students attending, Ms. Nayar shared valuable industry insights, enabling students to create impactful resumes tailored for job applications during their final placements.
The Alankaar - Hindi Tagline Competition, 2024, held on September 18, 2024 with Dr. Saurabhi Kaul and Dr. Ayushi Sharma. The Event aimed to celebrate the Hindi language and inspire creative thinking among students. The event created a lively and competitive atmosphere, encouraging students to understand businesses, their marketing techniques and express their ideas in a fun way.
The Psychometric Test Preparation Session was organized to help students prepare for the psychometric tests commonly used during final placement recruitments. Led by Dr. N.K. Chadha, the session provided an overview of various psychometric tests and practical strategies to approach them with confidence. Students learned key problem-solving techniques and participated in hands-on exercises aimed at improving their cognitive and behavioural skills. With over 350 students attending, Dr. Chadha's expert guidance gave participants valuable insights into navigating psychometric assessments, making them more prepared for the final placement process.
The Hyderabad Chapter Meet for the FORE School of Management was held on September 1, 2024, at the prestigious Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Banjara Hills. The meet witnessed a gathering of 30+ esteemed alumni, marking a significant event aimed at fostering connections, strengthening the FORE alumni network, and celebrating the achievements of its community members.
The Alumni Chapter Meet in Bengaluru for the FORE School of Management was held on August 31, 2024, at Radisson Blu, Bengaluru. The event marked a significant gathering of 60+ distinguished alumni, faculty, and leadership, aimed at strengthening the bonds within the FORE community and celebrating the successes of its members.
The Guesstimate Workshop was held to equip students with the skills to solve estimation-based questions often asked in placement interviews. Led by Prof. Anil Kumar from FORE School of Management, the session introduced key guesstimate techniques and structured approaches to problem-solving. Students participated in live demonstrations, gaining hands-on practice. Prof. Kumar’s insights and frameworks provided valuable tools, helping students prepare more effectively for their final placements.
Fore School of Management’s Business Competitions’ and Consulting organized the Competition Assistance Program (CAP) on 30th August 2024.CAP empowered and equipped the students with the resources and guidance they need to excel in business competitions with aiming to bridge the gap between aspiring competitors and seasoned veterans by establishing a robust mentorship network. The event introduced CAP Leaders, who guided students through their competition journeys, offering invaluable advice and support. This launch marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to foster excellence in business competitions.
The Alumni Chapter Meet in Mumbai for the FORE School of Management was held on August 24, 2024, at Radisson Blu, Andheri, Mumbai. This prestigious event brought together a distinguished assembly of 50+ alumni, faculty, and leadership, aimed at reinforcing the FORE community’s ties and celebrating the remarkable achievements of its members.
The Personality Development Program (PDP) is a student-driven initiative aimed at bridging the gap between first-year and second-year students. It paired junior students with senior mentors who provide personalized guidance on HR interview questions, resume reviews, and placement strategies. Through mock group discussions (GD) and personal interview (PI) sessions, mentees gain practical experience in real-world corporate scenarios. The program emphasized continuous feedback, helping students refine their skills for the placement process. A structured points system encourages active participation from both mentors and mentees, ensuring a productive learning experience.
The Independence Day event warmly celebrates the spirit of freedom and unity, providing an engaging platform for students to connect and reflect on their national heritage. A variety of activities, such as the “Tales of Tradition” Reel/Video contest, encourage creativity and showcase the diverse talents within the college. A highlight of the celebration is the lineup of vibrant performances, including dynamic dance routines that honour the country’s rich history and culture, along with a moving choir performance that fills the auditorium with melodies of pride and patriotism.
The Freshers' Event extended a warm welcome to the new batch, offering an exciting and engaging platform for them to integrate into the college environment. A variety of activities, such as Know Your Peers (KYP) and Know Your Seniors (KYS), are organized to encourage interaction and help students get acquainted with each other and the senior batch. The event also provides an opportunity for the new students to showcase their talents through fun competitions. A highlight of the evening is the prestigious Mr. and Ms. Fresher title, awarded to the top performers who demonstrate exceptional talent, energy, and charisma. Overall, the Freshers' Event fosters a sense of belonging and sets a positive tone for their journey ahead.
The FSM Hackathon 2.0, organized by SIGnalytics at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, aimed at fostering innovation and problem-solving skills among undergraduate and postgraduate students. The event unfolded in three rounds: a quiz round testing software and technological knowledge, an ideation round where teams proposed solutions to realworld problems sourced from the Government of India, and a final presentation round where finalists showcased prototypes to industry experts. With over 570 teams initially registering, the competition culminated with 20 teams reaching the final round, including participants from prestigious institutions such as IIMs and IITs.
A panel of judges, including industry experts and faculty members from FSM, evaluated the projects based on criteria such as uniqueness, feasibility, presentation, innovation, and relevance to the problem. The winning teams, including QuadCoders from NSUT Delhi, The Battle Squad from FSM New Delhi, and Crypto Coders from Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, received recognition and prizes sponsored by iCreate and FlutterflowDevs. iCreate offered financial assistance and mentorship to winners, aligning with the Government of India's vision to nurture young entrepreneurs, while FlutterflowDevs provided licenses and branded merchandise. Overall, the FSM Hackathon 2.0 provided a platform for students to showcase their talents, collaborate on innovative solutions, and gain exposure to industry professionals.

The Spic Macay event, put together by CDF and showcasing Nizam Sultan ji Brothers and their troop, was a truly enjoyable and soulful experience for everyone. It wrapped up on January 23, 2024.
"Raktdaan 2023" was organized by ANTAR at FORE School of Management, fostered a feeling of compassion. The outpouring of support and generosity from our FSM community has been heartwarming. Together, we've made a significant difference in the lives of those in need.
The Corporate Interaction Division of FORE School of Management organizes Anubhuti sessions through the academic curriculum. The sole objective of these sessions is to give the budding managers a taste of what lies ahead for them. Esteemed corporates come to the college premises to share their first hand experiences about their industry of expertise. They also talk about a specific domain. This creates a resourceful outlook for the students who gain a lot of practical knowledge in the bargain. Perhaps the entire motive of these sessions is to give something more than just the curricular text-books. Bring the students as close as possible to the ground reality; prepare them better to face the world that stares at them.
'Anubhuti' in the true sense of the word makes for great learning and enrichment. With FORE taking keen interest in bringing diverse minds at the premises, these sessions are the way to go for the students.
The senior batch extends a warm welcome to their juniors at FORE through a Freshers’ Party, which is organized by Team Nexus. After going through the long hours of orientation and committee selection procedures, Fresher’s lets the fresh batch to loosen up and get ready to explore the informal side of their seniors. It also gives a chance to the juniors to make their impression and showcase their talents. Each year, the prestigious titles of ‘Mr. Fresher’ and ‘Miss Fresher’ is given to the top ones who leave a lasting impression after emerging as winner in various rounds.
Being one of the very first events of the college, Freshers’ is bound to let the batch blend in together with everyone and gear up towards an enriching journey at FORE!
Farewell party, the last event of the year, is held to bid adieu to the outgoing batch of the institution. Hosted by the juniors, It is an eventful celebration for the senior batch who get ready to cherish their last moments at the institution. It also marks the official handover of the responsibilities to the junior batch in order to get them prepared for their upcoming tenure. With an aim to let every senior get together with their fellow mates before entering into their corporate lives for one last extravaganza, the day is filled with a number of activities and rounds along with the titles of ‘Mr. FORE’ and ‘Miss. FORE’ given to the winners.
Section Wars is the annual flagship event organised by FORE Sports and Cultural Division. It involves participation from all the sections across numerous sports. The students compete in sports like Football, Cricket, Table Tennis, 8 ball pool, Arm Wrestling, Chess, Badminton, Kho-Kho, Tug of War, etc. The event additionally also caters to the cultural aspect by giving students a chance to showcase their talent in various categories like Dancing, Singing, Poetry, Stand-up comedy and other activities.
It is a competition amongst sections and in the end, one section is declared the ultimate champion. Section Wars aims to evoke various facets of student management life like sportsman spirit, teamwork, enthusiasm, leadership, etc. by simultaneously giving them a platform to showcase their sporting talent and skill sets.
