About FOREsutra
FOREsutra is a competition on a particular pressing social issue. It is a specially designed social initiative to get people to participate as a solution provider to social issues. The outperforming participants will be awarded cash prizes and certificates by FSM.

Submission of Article
• Topic: “Name a sector where 50 Lakhs jobs can be created during next two years in India? And, how? Give a clear action plan which can be implemented??”
• Stage-I: Submission of abstract (maximum 150 words only)
• Stage-II (if declared successful in Stage-I): Submission of detailed article with action plan (maximum 5000 words only)
• Medium: English or Hindi
• Method of Submission: (a) Online [pdf copy (typed or handwritten) of 10 MB size] (b) Follow revised submission guidelines for Stage-II sent to you (c) File name should be your Stage-II Registration No. (allotted by FOREsutra).

Evaluation Methodology
Evaluation Methodology
The articles will be evaluated based on stated sector potential, content, clarity and feasibility of the idea, etc.
Stage-I: This is a screening stage. The abstracts received would be allocated among 4 number of evaluators (FSM faculty/external). Each evaluator will screen top 50 abstracts for submission of detailed articles in Stage-II. However, these aforesaid numbers may be revised depending on the number of submissions.
Stage-II: Articles of top 200 participants from Stage-I, will be evaluated by a 3-member committee (FSM faculty/external) to arrive on final award winning articles with the rank 1 to 50.

•In addition, certificates from FSM will also be given to all the rank holders
•The outcomes of the select articles would be shared at various forums such as: govt. agencies/professional bodies/newspapers/print and social media, etc.
Award Ceremony
All the rank holder participants will be invited to attend the award ceremony which will be held on 30th November, 2023 at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. Expenses made on to and fro travel fare (up to 2nd AC railway fare) would be reimbursed by FSM to the rank holder participants attending the award ceremony.
