The Executive Education Department at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, successfully conducted a Management Development Programme (MDP) titled "Project Management for Managers" on June 19-20, 2024. This in-house training was facilitated by Prof. Hitesh Arora, Professor - Operations Management and Decision Sciences. 
 
Senior officers from SRF Limited participated in this programme. The training was delivered through a combination of experiential learning and discussions, which helped in explaining and reinforcing the concepts.
 
The MDP focused on several key areas that project managers need to oversee to ensure successful project delivery. This includes Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Resource Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Stakeholder Management.
