The programme will employ a hands-on approach to attempt solutions through series of group activities

Programme Objective:

The program helps managers apply Design Thinking to practical challenges within their organizations. Managers can bring their own problem statements or bottlenecks based on their experiences and observations, and then collaborate across functional teams to craft innovative solutions. This approach emphasizes a human-centric perspective, strategic creativity, and empathy to stakeholders, all aimed at creating better value.
