Prof. Kaushal has joined FSM as a Professor of Practice (OB & HR and Communication Area). He has designed and delivered more than 800 Management Development Programs in diverse areas of Management. He was Senior Faculty Member of Power Management Institute of National Thermal Power Corporation for nearly 16 years. He headed its Management Faculty and led a competent team of Faculty Members. He also discharged several managerial roles in Business Development, Project Management and Institutional Development. Kaushal began his career with Hindustan Aeronautics joining as Management Trainee. This stint of nearly 6 years was spread over Bangalore, Lucknow and Kanpur.
In his entrepreneurial career of more than 24 years, he has served clients in various industry sectors - FMCG, Banking, Power, Manufacturing, Petroleum, International Trading, Information Technology, Telecom and Services. Apart from leading MNCs, and large private and public sector companies, he has helped many small and medium scale Industries in their people development projects. He contributes frequently to education sector and Non-profit organizations. Kaushal has designed and conducted many programmes for Government bodies such as Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Telecommunication, Reserve Bank of India, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Department of Personnel and Training etc. During pandemic, led conversion of ISTD Diploma in Training and Development programme to online mode and redesigned the 18-month long programme.
Kaushal has provided Executive Coaching to senior industry managers at Managing Director, President and Vice President levels in reputed MNCs and Private Companies such as SC Johnson, GKN Automobile, SMS India Honda Motor and Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. He has designed and conducted many OD/Training interventions. Significant amongst them are as follows:
Competency Assessment & Development Centres, Leadership Development, HR Process Redesign, Management Audit, 360-degree feedback, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Communication Audit and related areas.
