Dr. Vrinda Rawal is an Assistant Professor (Finance & Accounting) at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. She is a Ph.D. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. Her area of specialization revolves around Corporate Finance, Accounting, Corporate Control and Private Equity. She has completed her Graduation as Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and Post Graduation as Master of Commerce (Finance), from the University of Delhi and qualified for UGC NET in the subject. She has roughly two years of experience in teaching financial and accounting courses. Her research work entails private equity selection and performance aligned with financial decision making and impactful investing. She continuously upgrades her knowledge and experience by participating in workshops and faculty development programs, her research work has been published in ABDC, ABS, and Web of Science journals and she has attended and presented in several international conferences of repute including Annual Meeting by Academy of International Business (AIB). She also serves as a reviewer for reputed peer reviewed journals with the likes of Global Business Review.
