Sonika Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Communication Area at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. Sonika Jha has a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. She completed her MBA from ICFAI Business School, IFHE University, Hyderabad, and her B.Com. (Honours) from University of Delhi, Delhi. She has also attended and participated in the IB and Strategy – PhD Masterclass (2023) organised by the Henley Business School, University of Reading, England, UK. She has the experience of working with NTPC Faridabad, Haryana, and has also worked in the Facilities Management sector.
She has publications in top tier ABDC and ABS journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Computer Information Systems, European Business Review, Higher Education Quarterly, and others. She has her research presented at international conferences such as the British Academy of Management (BAM), Academy of Management (AOM), Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) and International Congress on Qualitative Inquiry (ICQI), and national conferences such as at the IIMs. She has also won the “Best Full Paper Award” at the British Academy of Management (BAM 2023) Conference.
She has published editorials in The Economic Times, and opinion and thought pieces on platforms like The Diplomatist, The Geopolitics, and Modern Diplomacy. She has also been a contributor to the MISQ Insider initiative by MIS Quarterly. She is also a part of the “Emerging Scholar from Emerging Markets Programme – ESEMP” (2024-25) by the Academy of International Business (AIB).
