Brief description of Experience

Dr. Shubhangini Rajput is working as Assistant Professor in the Operations Management and Decision Sciences area. She brings a blend of academic and industry experience, having previously served at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida and also gained substantial experience to the corporate sector. She holds a PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management and has qualified the UGC-NET (Management) in her first attempt. She is also a visiting research fellow at the Newcastle University Business School, UK, further enriching her global academic collaborations. Dr. Rajput has an publication record in renowned journals such as International Journal of Information Management (IJIM), Business Strategy and the Environment (BSE), Annals of Operations Research (ANOR), Journal of Cleaner Production (JCP), International Journal of Logistics and Research Applications (IJLRA), Management Decision, Benchmarking: An International Journal. She has also contributed book chapters published by leading academic publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, and CRC Press. Notably, her work on circular economy and cleaner production has been featured in a Press release, TechAmbit (IITD), and recognized as contributing to India’s vision of a Self-Reliant Economy.
