Professor Raju Ahluwalia is a Professor of Practice in Organization Behaviour and Human Resource Management areas at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. He holds an M.B.A. from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Delhi.
Before joining FORE School of Management, he has worked for over 35 years in industry in Human Resource function, with companies like Wipro, Airtel, Max India, Hero Honda and Escorts. During his career he has made key contribution in areas of formulating & implementing HR strategies to support business goals, M&A, organization design, managing change, assessments and career planning, talent management, capability building and designing & implementing Mentorship programs. He has worked closely with different nationalities, overseen multiple geographies/countries and propagated culture of diversity & inclusion.
He has been undertaking training and consulting assignments; for which he has been working with MDs, CEOs and CHROs in designing and delivering MDPs, identifying High Potential leaders, Career planning and Talent acquisition. He has worked for organizations with diverse business interests, in Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial institutions, Power, Civil Aviation, Oil, Engineering and Home appliances, across Public and Private Sectors.
Prof. Ahluwalia has been teaching as a Visiting Faculty at IIFT-Delhi, IIM-Amritsar, IIM-Indore, IIM- Kozhikode (Instructor in their virtual EPGP), IMT-Ghaziabad and MDI-Gurgaon (in alphabetical order) for past 7 years. Some of the subjects he has been teaching include HRM, Learning and Development, Organization design, Strategic staffing, Organization Behavior, Human Resource Planning, Managing and sustaining career, and Compensation & benefits management.
