Faculty Enhancement Programme (FEP)

Faculty Enhancement Programme (FEP; formerly known as Faculty Development Programme - FDP) is an annual activity of the FORE School of Management (FSM), New Delhi. Under the programme, annually all faculty members of the FSM travel to an international location wherein they attend a two-day FEP delivered by academics of a repute international university/institute of the destination country. The subject matter of the FEP is primarily on the Economic and Business Environment of the destination country. After returning from the FEP, each faculty member, based on their individual interests and research expertise, write a research paper on concerning a theme of the destination country visited and publish in journals or edited books. Apart from the two-day FEP, the faculty also retreat visiting local tourist spots of the country/city visited. As on date, 11 FDPs were organized.
